  • I contacted MailPoet already re: this issue and they pointed out that when iThemes is disabled, this issue does NOT occur. Can you please point me in the right direction as to why this is happening?

    Problem: a user that I manually subscribed to an email list, clicks on the “Manage Subscription” link in an email. On the page they are taken to, they select which mailing lists they wish to subscribe to. When they click the Submit button, they are taken to a page Not Found error – ie: iThemes redirects them to my custom “not found” error page. When the plugin is disabled, this behaviour does not occur.

    Why is this happening? How do I fix it? I already went over all my settings this evening and didn’t find any obvious reason why this would be happening.

    Your immediate response is much appreciated. I have an email list that I just sent out to a bunch of potential customers, and with each one hitting a Not Found error, I am losing them and any income they would have brought in. This is very urgent. Thanks.
