we could usually able to disconnect it but i was unable to do from settings because the settings page with jetpack, wordpress account with logout are blank

    Hi @itsmemidhuz

From the error logs you’ve shared, it seems there are unauthorized access errors which are likely causing these issues. This could be due to a change in your domain or your credentials not being updated correctly.

To resolve this, please disconnect your Jetpack, WordPress.com and Google MC account following these steps:

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

Let us know how it goes!

yes, that’s correct. But i was unable to reach to the settings or the disconnect buttons are not available there. Once visited, i could only able to see the mobile number and the address

we use cloudflare, is that the issue due to any catching issue?

    Hi @itsmemidhuz

Yes, it may be due to a caching issue with Cloudflare. Please try clearing your Cloudflare cache or deactivate it for a while and then revisit the settings page.

If the problem persists, it could be a plugin conflict. Try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, Google Listings & Ads, and Jetpack, and see if the issue persists.

Please let us know how it goes, and we’ll be here to assist further if needed.

yes sir, i tried all these but the issue still persist. So as it is a new website, i reset db and see if its working with catching and it works as normal

let me know how can i prevent these error in future

    thanks

    Hi @itsmemidhuz,

It’s unclear why you were unable to access the settings page – In the future, a conflict test is the best way to figure out the cause of that specific issue. However, the “Unauthorized credentials” error in the log you shared may have been caused by the domain change. You can get around that by revoking the previous access permission in your Google account and setting it up afresh. Here are the steps:

    • Open the Security settings for your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/security, then go to “Manage third party access” and remove access for the WooCommerce App. (This is similar to disconnecting the Google connections)

    I hope this helps!
