Unfortunately this is not a problem I have ever had before nor can I reproduce on any of my development or live sites.
Do you have any console errors? Have you tried disabling all other plugins, except mine and seeing if the issue is still there?
Have you tried the above, plus switching to a default theme to see if the issue is still there?
What other debugging have you done to find what the issue could be here?

Hello Peter, thank you for your prompt reply.
I don’t know how to explain, but there isn’t any issue now. I am sure two days ago I tested deactivating all the plugins except yours, and also in debug mode of wordpress. The only thing I change today was to change theme to Twenty Seventeen and back again to mine.. now everything is going right.
I apologize, I hope it was only a temporary problem, thank you for your support anyway – and the plugin is great! I love the customisation features 😉
