issue with login Prefix

Hi Everyone,

I started taking care for a site of my friend also studying word press at same time. After finishing all adjustments needed to be done I thought it would be a good idea to install some security plugin ( since I spend almost 3 weeks working on it) so i did installed WP Security plugin. When I was setting it up I did change prefix as plugin recommended not knowing fully what it means. So according to plug admin login address page was changed from https://www.biosauna.org/wp-login.php to https://www.biosauna.org/?aiowps_secret=1 prefix. But in fact it did not change. Now I’m logged of and cannot do recovery e-mail. Guys is there any solution from this situation I can recover page or change back login link and make as it was? Please help I’m desperate not to mess things for my friends site.
