Issue with login after the update

    After migration, we’ve been experiencing an issue with logging in to the migrated site.

    You can see from the video how the login page behaves.

    When we tried to deactivate the plugin, everything looked fine and we’re able to log in fine.

    Besides that, you can see that after we’ve migrated the site, you can see on the Athlete Profiles all images are broken.

    We’re using Divi theme. After the update, the Divi page builder isn’t working properly so we just temporarily deactivated this plugin.

    We’re hoping for an immediate response.

    This is already our second attempt to reach you. We’ve sent the first ticket a week ago but no one replied to us.

    This is my ticket number Users Ultra #37209 and it’s been 6 days since I last heard from you.

    We are still having the same issue.

    I also gave the login credentials to the site in the ticket I submitted but I don’t think nothing is still being checked there.

    Please help.
