# Issue With Key

 * Hi, testing the plugin on a test site. Everything set up OK, have the key but
   when I try to use it it says the key is not matched. I’m copying it from the 
   email and also made a copy to notes.
 * I’ve tried this a few times – rebuilding from backup but same result.
 * Is there something I’m missing?

 * Which version do you use of this plugin?
 * Are you logged in perfectly? If yes then the key you see on admin is right.
 * Please try to reinstall with the updated version.
 * Let me know how it goes.
