Issue with installing new plugins

Hi, I am working as an intern with the firm OOG Company, DK.

I am trying to update their SEO, as well as other elements, but cannot atm install any new plugins. I have admin access, and I am using the WordPress.org Version where I should be able to download and use new plugins.

I can see our current logins, and update them, but cannot download any new ones, like Yoast SEO, which I desperately need to continue my work.

Any advice you can give me to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated
