Issue with image URL in media on Multisite

    Hi,

    Can anyone think of any reason why while an image’s GUID is

    https://DOMAIN/wp-content/uploads/sites/28/2017/06/1288_image.jpg

    in the media library is its shown as broken link and the URL is:

    https://DOMAIN/wp-content/uploads/sites/28/sites/28/2017/06/1288_image.jpg

    does the media library NOT take the image path from the GUID?

    it appends /sites/28/ twice.

    Try reuploading the image. Or disable all plugins and change the theme and reupload again.

    Thanks for your reply however this does not answer my initial question 🙂 Where does media gallery take the image URL from?

    Probably from this function: wp_get_attachment_url()
    By the way, also check out the values of the Upload Path and Upload Path URL settings that are visible on the settings page when you edit a site. My values are empty, might be something wrong there on your end.
