Image On Blog Repeating, Spilling, Duplicating, Over, Borders, Repeats

    I’m hoping someone can come to my aid here.

    I have a blog where I’ve added an optin form which, as you can imagine, is part image and part optin.

    The image keeps repeating or cascading, and I have NO idea how to stop this.

    The name and email fields seem to be padded somehow, though I’ve made the padding (within the optin form), zero.

    Any assistance would be so greatly appreciated.
