    Hi I actually just deleted the plugin last week so I’m not sure if this was resolved in the update the other day.

    My issue was that this does not work on wpengine sites where the CNAME is set up to a DNS CNAME record. So if your site is example.com the CNAME would be example.wpengine.com.

    The problem is that the CNAME url was being generated in the form action …

    <form action="http://example.wpengine.com/..."

    This was causing cross domain xss warnings and wouldn’t submit the forms.

    A better solution would probably either be a relative path or create a custom query action for the from similar to how plugins like gravity forms and contact form 7 do.

    Anyway, if this was already resolved in the update the other day just ignore this post…
