# Issue with form

 * Hi 
   my form is on my website. When i complete it on the front end it shows that
   it has been submitted. When i check from the wp backend it doesnt show in submission
   neither do i recieve an email.Kindly can you assist?

 * Hope you are doing well today.
 * It might be related to your form settings, can you please first check your email
   notification settings in form editor -> notification and make sure you have at
   least one notification?
 * Regarding submissions not being saved, there is an option to select whether you
   want to save submissions, which can be found under form editor settings.

 * If you couldn’t find any issues with your setup, please export your form and 
   share it using a free third-party storage service, such as Google Drive.
