Hey @maragotti
The snippet usually gives us a bit more information. Since it doesn’t seem to be, let’s try one of the more common reasons we see this.
We have been seeing this come up recently for a setting that was changed. Facebook recently updated their settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to No by default. This needs to be set to Yes. Can you please go to your Facebook settings and select Business Integrations > WooCommerce Extension V2 and toggle the Manage your business setting to the “Yes” position?

This can also be done during the setup process when you get to the What is WooCommerce Extension V2 allowed to do? portion of the setup process, you will see the option to toggle this to the On position.
Once this is toggled to Yes, can you please try to connect again?
Cheers,
Steve

Hey @maragotti ,
Sorry that this is still not connecting.
Are you the owner of the Facebook page or an admin?
Can you please go to https://shop.eutopiamilano.com/\/wp-admin/options.php and search for wc_facebook_external_business_id and let me know the information in the meta field?
Cheers,
Steve

Hi @maragotti
Please contact us at WooCommerce.com using the create a ticket page so that we can take a closer look through the WP Admin. We want to confirm that the wc_facebook_external_business_id
found within /wp-admin/options.php contains data.
The only instance we have seen of this error was when Manage your business was not enabled. If so, please enable it:

If you have any caching plugins, disable them and try the process again.
As a quick housekeeping step, purchase the free Facebook for WooCommerce plugin from WooCommerce.com so that this account is labeled for support.
