Issue with exporting quiz submissions

Hello.

Recently created a quiz, submitted a few test submissions, and tried exporting the data.

Found a few issues:
1. First, neither the “Answer” nor the “Result” has any data from the submissions.
2. There is no unique identifier for each result, meaning if this ever got sorted, it could never be put back the way it was.
3. Which is particularly problematic because each question answered is appearing on a separate row, with the submission info (Date, Name, Email) only appearing every third row.
I also went through all the steps to integrate Google Sheets, hoping that might fill a few of these holes, and while it does for some reason get the “Result”, the “Answer” is still missing, and the partially filled rows, with no IDs, is still a huge problem.

Any suggestions on how to proceed in making this export feature work as it needs to?

I was able to partially replicate the issue, except the Answer/Result part. Would you be able to share an export of your quiz with us so we can check this further?

Thank you for your response, however, my colleague asked for the exported quiz, not the export of the submissions.

Was trying to find a way to export the Leads form, but couldn’t, so hopefully that is included with the attached export?

Hi @aarontgrogg

It seems like the Leads in the form are causing the issue and the quiz is corrupted.
The question is visible if I place the leads to show “Before showing results”, but the lead still doesn’t load and throws the following fatal error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Attempt to modify property "settings" on bool in /wp-content/plugins/forminator/library/modules/custom-forms/admin/admin-loader.php:218

I created a new quiz based on the same settings and no issues appears. Could you re-create the quiz and see will you face the same issues?
