# Issue with E-Mail-Header

 * The plugin is changeing anything in the header of emails. This wasn’t happening
   in past. But it’s there since a few weeks and now we had time to test this in
   detail.
 * Without active plugin the header is normal like this:

 * But after activation the header is changed and received from customer like this(
   in WooCommmerce store):
    [https://prnt.sc/o5e3yo](https://prnt.sc/o5e3yo)
 * We’ve deactivated every other plugin and finally we find out the issue for this
   in this plugin. Can you please repair this asap? E-mails don’t looking professional
   anymore in the field for answer the email.

 * So that our technical team can look into the issue, could you let us know if 
   the email that is sent is the default WooCommerce notification? or are you using
   a custom one?
 * In addition, could you share your SendinBlue Support ID?
    It can be found on 
   your account by clicking on your name at the top right, then Support & Tickets
   or directly here. This will allow our support team to reach out and help you.

 * I tried both. Orginal emails from WooCommerce and a custom one. The same problem.
   After deactivating this sendinblue plugin, everything is fine.
