# Issue with Divi builder

 * I am using Divi theme for my website. And I use the DIVI builder to customize
   the funnels. But I can’t run Divi Builder. Because when I run divi customizer
   it just shows white screen.

   do the following:
 * 1. Check if you have Divi selected as the preferred page builder in WPFunnels
   settings
 * 2. Let us know the versions of WPFunnels and Divi you are using.
 * 3. Did you import any template when building the funnel or created the step from
   scratch?
 * 4. Also, can you share the link to the funnel page in question?
 * Once you get back to us with these details, we will be able to find out the possible
   issue.
