    Hi SiteOrigin Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with the Custom HTML widget in SiteOrigin Builder where iframe content (specifically YouTube videos) does not display correctly after editing. The widget works fine initially when I add the iframe code, but if I return to edit the widget, the iframe content does not appear correctly, and the editor shows a blank area.

Here are the steps I’ve already taken to try and resolve the issue:

    • Cleared browser and site caches.
    • Deactivated other plugins to check for conflicts.
    • Switched to a default WordPress theme.
    • Rechecked and validated the iframe HTML code.
    • Updated all plugins and WordPress to the latest versions.

None of these steps have resolved the issue. I suspect there might be a specific configuration or compatibility issue with the Custom HTML widget when handling iframe code. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or provide any guidelines that might help?

It’s possible Wordfence or a server firewall such as ModSecurity is involved. If you’re using Wordfence you can follow the steps outlined here. If you aren’t using Wordfence you can try raising a ticket with your hosts and ask if they can check their firewall logs for false positives.
