    Hello AST plugin team. This plugin is very helpful, I’ll start with that. I’m having only a slight problem with it, however. I have two websites that use the AST plugin and funny enough, the problems on both are the complete opposite of each other. On one website, I have checked for only the “Shipped” status to contain the tracking information. The tracking information does not show on the shipped “completed” emails at all. On the second website, I have the same setting, but this time… all the emails have the tracking details… even the customer invoice and processing emails etc…

    It is worth noting that the custom emails sent for In-Transit, Delivered, Out For Delivery all do show the tracking information correctly on both sites but I realize these are completely separate emails…

    Please help, I can’t use the plugin if it cannot do something as simple as displaying the tracking information for the shipped order status. I have cleared all cache and also disabled CloudFlare as well.

    Hi, on the latest version of AST we fixed an issue with the tracking display, can you update the AST plugin to the latest version on both websites?
    This should solve the display issue.
