# Issue with Custom Fields

 * Good day, I have created some custom fields for my website but when I attempt
   to create a profile using those fields I receive this error message “There are
   JavaScript errors on the page. Please contact the webmaster.” and I am not sure
   why. The other levels on the website work fine but this [level](http://membersdev.sonsofsma.org/membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=7)
   with the custom field on it doesn’t work for some reason. Please help.
