    Hi Lifterlms team,

    First of all, happy christmas for you and all your family.

    Please, I have tried for the first time to export the CSV file (Lifterlms > Reporting > Export) to see how it works. But nothing happens. After clicking on the button, I got a message that the report was generated and I’ll receive the CSV file by email. I make the process 2 days ago and I still have not received the email. I’m using the latest version of Lifterlms (Version 3.15.1).

    So please tell me if I have missed a step and how I can solve this issue.

    I really don’t know what is causing this issue. I do my very best to provide as much information and assistance as possible but I simply cannot debug issues from afar and we cannot get into your site the way your host can.

    If you’re not seeing errors in the logs and the logs are recording that the export completed it really really really sounds like an email problem.

    I would ask your host for help if you have support there.

    I am completely blind other than the information you’ve given me and I don’t know what else I can do as I know this is working and I don’t have widespread (or even any other) reports that it’s not…

    Hi Thomas,

    Thank’s a lot for your replay. Please note that the issue was oddly linked to a specific gmail account. I have changed the email address and now the export works perfectly.
