I just created my first custom wp-theme earlier this week… the design is coded from scratch but the loop and other elements are copied from another theme.
Everything seems to be working properly except for comments (which was copied) Everytime i click the “1 Comment” link under the post the comments link disappears and no comments show.
I have this custom template sitting on a test run install so if anyone wants to login and take a look at the code and see where i missed or messed something.. you’re welcome to… PM me or send me an email sammy DOT russo AT gmail DOT com and I’ll get you login info.
