Issue with column widths

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    The problem is caused by the CSS comment

    // Added table width CSS – Tobias

    above the command. This is the wrong commenting style. In CSS, comments have to look like

    /* Added table width CSS – Tobias */
