    Hi Martha,

    There is no ' form_wrapper ' on line 56 (or any other line) of the latest version of the plugin. Are you using the latest version? If not, you should upgrade to the latest version.

    On line 55 of version 1.1.1, this:
    ‘ gform_wrapper ‘
    should be:
    ‘ gform_wrapper’
    There is an extra space before the quote mark.
