Issue with Chat User Interface

    Hi,

    How are you?

    I have an unusual issue with the Chat Interface, in that the Floating icon floats underneath only some images and boxes, but is ok above others. I have no issues with any other tool of this type.

    Any ideas?

    I’m sorry, but I am unable to access the link provided. I have thoroughly tested the case on our local testing environment and could not detect any issues.

    Please double-check your SSL settings and consider deactivating any extra plugins you may have installed.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting back to me. The link is a dud because my page can only be accessed via the admin login. I did try adding a screenshot when I created this query, but you can’t, you can only embed an image, which I have now done…

    I’ve set it to expire in 3 months.

    If it’s new to you and not a known issue then don’t worry about it, I’ll just use an alternative, as I don’t have the time to spend investigating.

    Hello @tac001 ,

    Sorry for the delay in reply.

    Can you please verify the z-index of the chat-bot in the console panel? Typically, the z-index for the chat button is set to 999.

    Furthermore, I recommend disabling any additional plugins to determine if any of them are causing interference with the chat-bot.

    If the problem persists, kindly provide us with the link to your website so that we can investigate further.
