Issue with Captcha on WooCommerce Checkout

Hi there,

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Turnstile CAPTCHA on the WooCommerce checkout page of our website: https://quickbooksmadeeasy.com/. Turnstile is either failing to render properly or is blocking customers from completing their purchases. To prevent disruptions, we have temporarily disabled Turnstile on the site to ensure the checkout process remains functional.

Hi,

I will take a look into this.

Please could you try a plugin conflict test (maybe on a staging site) by temporarily disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and Simple Cloudflare Turnstile to see if another plugin is causing issues?

Hi Elliot,

Thanks for taking a look at this. I recorded a quick video demonstrating the issue with all plugins disabled except for Simple Cloudflare Turnstile, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. I also switched to a default theme and tested everything on a staging site.

We’re still running into this issue. Could you continue looking into it? We rely on this plugin across several sites, and right now it’s essentially not functioning.

Hi,

Do you have any other server-side or cloud caching/performance optimisations enabled, such as Cloudflare?

Hi Elliot,

That video was recorded on a site with nothing installed on it besides Simple Cloudflare Turnstile, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, and the default WordPress theme. No Cloudflare proxy, no caching, etc.

I can provide access to that site if needed. I would just need a private place/email to send that to if you want to further debug.
