In desktop Safari, when loading the cached version of pum-site-scripts.js (/wp-content/uploads/pum/pum-site-scripts.js) I get this error in the dev console.

Refused to execute https://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/pum/pum-site-scripts.js?defer&generated=1655496894&ver=1.16.7 as script because "X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff" was given and its Content-Type is not a script MIME type.

As a result, the popup never shows. However, if I turn off caching assets in the setting then the default script works perfectly.

    Hi @thekendog

Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry the caching mechanism affected the script from Popup Maker.

We think there is a file permission issue on the server and does not allow Popup Maker to execute assets in the /wp-content/uploads/ directory.

It would be best to disable asset caching in Popup Maker settings > Misc to allow loading and executing the script on a server cache level.

We hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
