# Issue with BetterDocs Import

 * Hi, I’m currently trying to import a large number of betterdocs docs from an 
   existing site to a staging site, but there seems to be an error during the import.
   Both sites are using the same 4.8.2 version on WP 7.1. I’ve removed some of the
   error as it had server info in:
 * PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot call constructor in
   /wp-content/plugins/
   betterdocs/includes/Admin/Importer/WPImport.php:1679
 * Stack trace: 0 /wp-content/plugins/betterdocs/includes/REST/Settings.php(163):
 * WPDeveloper\BetterDocs\Admin\Importer\WPImport->__construct() 1 /wp-includes/
   rest-api/class-wp-rest-server.php(1293):
 * WPDeveloper\BetterDocs\REST\Settings->import_docs()

   We’re really
   sorry for the inconvenience caused.
 * We’ve identified the issue and are working on a fix, which will be included in
   an upcoming release very soon.

   the migration without any further problems.

   WordPress options, but I just wanted to let you know about the issue.

   export and import the docs using the standard WordPress options.
 * We really appreciate you taking the time to report the issue. We’ve already identified
   the cause and are working on a fix for the BetterDocs importer, which will be
   included in an upcoming release.
