    Hi SliceWP Support Team,

I am currently using the free version of SliceWP and have configured all settings correctly. I have integrated it with WooCommerce, added a user, and activated them as an affiliate for testing purposes.

However, I am facing an issue:

    • The Affiliate Dashboard does not appear for the affiliate user.
    • When clicking the referral link generated for the user, it redirects me to the homepage.
    • I created a new WordPress page and added the shortcode:

    [slicewp_affiliate_dashboard]

    but the issue persists.

Could you please advise how to activate the Affiliate Dashboard so that the affiliate user can track their balance, referrals, and customers who signed up through their referral link?

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Best regards,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

After installing SliceWP, the plugin automatically created the following pages on my site

However, the most important page, the Affiliate Dashboard, does not seem to have been created.

I am unsure how an affiliate registered on my site can access their Dashboard to view referrals, earnings, and track the customers they referred.

Could you please advise how to properly set up or activate the Affiliate Dashboard page so my users can manage their accounts?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hey @mohamed2100,

Thank you for reaching out! SliceWP does not come with a [slicewp_affiliate_dashboard] shortcode.

The affiliate account page is what you are looking for. This is where affiliates can log into their account and view all data that’s specific to the affiliate program.

For more information on the affiliate specific pages you can set up, please give our guides a quick read, here: https://slicewp.com/docs/category/affiliate-area/

Also, can you please let me know where you read about the [slicewp_affiliate_dashboard] shortcode? Was it by any change ChatGPT or Google Gemini, or another LLM? Would love to know this aspect as this information is incorrect and we want to address it.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

    Hello,

I would like to ask if it’s possible to translate the plugin’s pages (for example, the affiliate account page or the password reset page) into Arabic.
My website works in both English and Arabic, so I want to make sure that these pages can be displayed properly in both languages.

    Thank you for your support!

    Hello,

    Hello,

I would like to ask about the affiliate login setup. I have already created the affiliate account page, but what I see there is only the affiliate registration form.

Shouldn’t there also be a dedicated login form (with email and password fields) for existing affiliates to log in directly?

Additionally, I would like to know how I can customize the design of these pages. For example, is it possible to apply my own HTML and CSS styling to adjust the layout and appearance of the forms?

Could you please guide me on how to properly build and customize the affiliate login page?

    Thank you for your support!

Could you please check and let me know how to fix this?

    Hey @mohamed2100,

To translate the strings provided by our plugin please follow this guide here: https://slicewp.com/docs/translate-slicewp/

As for the login page, you can set one up. You can find all pages that you can set up in our documentation here: https://slicewp.com/docs/category/affiliate-area/

Even so, by default, the affiliate account page will display a login form when the affiliate is logged out. When the affiliate is logged in, their account will show up instead. This makes a dedicated login page somewhat redundant, however, you can set one up. Please make sure to explore our documentation from the link I shared above.

As for changing the HTML structure of our forms, I’m afraid that this is not possible. Even so, you can use CSS to style your forms to your needs. For additional details on how you can do this, please read this article: https://slicewp.com/docs/affiliate-forms-not-styled/

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Hello Mihai,

Thank you for your detailed reply and the helpful links.

I would like to confirm if I can use a plugin such as Loco Translate to translate SliceWP into Arabic. Does SliceWP fully support the Arabic language (RTL layout), or could there be any conflicts or display issues when using Arabic alongside English on my website?

    Thanks again for your support!

    Best regards,

    Hey @mohamed2100,

Glad I could help you out!

And yes, you should be able to use Loco Translate to translate SliceWP. We’ve had other customers using the two together without any issues.

As for RTL layout, I’m afraid that I cannot confirm if all of the interface elements will work. However, we have quite a lot of customers that use RTL layouts and we’ve had no complaints so far.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

I have a question regarding CSS customization.
I was able to apply custom CSS successfully to the affiliate registration and login forms on the front end, but it seems that I cannot apply similar CSS improvements to the affiliate dashboard area.

Could you please confirm whether it’s possible to add or override CSS styles for the affiliate dashboard interface (tables, buttons, links, etc.)?
If yes, kindly let me know the correct way or recommended hooks/classes to target for custom styling.

Thank you for your assistance and support.

    Best regards,

    Hey @mohamed2100,

Considering that the affiliate account page has quite a lot of CSS classes, which you can use to style the elements to your liking, I would recommend using your browser’s developer tool’s inspector tool to inspect the plugin’s HTML and CSS classes. This way, you can better target each element.

I do want to mention that the affiliate account output is wrapped in a div element that has the CSS ID “slicewp-affiliate-account”.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

    Hello sir ,

    I hope you’re doing well.
I’ve noticed something unusual in the affiliate dashboard. When I log in as an affiliate, I see an option that displays my website link followed by a number (for example, “1”) next to it.

I’m not sure what this number represents, and I would like to know how I can modify it — ideally to show the affiliate’s name or any custom label instead of just a number.

Could you please explain what this element refers to and how I can customize or change it?

Thank you in advance for your help and support.

    Hey @mohamed2100,

Thank you for reaching out! From the sound of it, you’re referring to the affiliate’s unique referral link. This is the link your affiliates use to promote your website.

To learn how you can customize this link, please read this article: https://slicewp.com/docs/affiliate-links/

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Hello SliceWP Support Team,

I’m currently testing SliceWP on my WordPress website, which uses WooCommerce. I’d like to ask a few questions regarding advanced affiliate tracking and commission setup:

    1. Is it possible to assign a specific commission percentage for each affiliate, applied individually to the clients they refer?
    2. Can I make the referral link redirect directly to my site’s registration page (connected to WooCommerce), so that when a new user registers through an affiliate’s link — even before making a purchase — their information is recorded under a new tab in the affiliate’s dashboard showing all registered users referred by them?
    3. Then, once one of those referred users completes a purchase, the commission is automatically added to the affiliate’s account.

Could you please confirm if these features are possible with the current version of SliceWP, and if not, what would be the best approach or extension to achieve this workflow?

    Thank you for your assistance.
    Best regards,

    Plugin Author iova.mihai

    (@iovamihai)

    Hey @mohamed2100,

Yes, it is possible to set a specific commission rate per affiliate.

However, the second and third points I’m afraid cannot be handled by SliceWP. Commissions are rewarded only when a referred order is created. We currently do not have a mechanism to track referred users and reward commissions at a later date based on the referral status of the user.

Even so, can you please share a bit more information on the customer flow you have? This is the first time someone is asking about this particular referral flow, so I’d love to learn more about your business and add your feedback to our development log for future research.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai
