Issue with adding products

    I am getting an Oops page when I try to complete my account.
    Also

    I am getting an error whenever I attempt to add a product to my woohoo account for my page.

    Failed to retrieve product image.

    Error getting remote image https://printful-upload.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/tmp/705524d070cb07ce/mockup-c88d0e29.png. Error: cURL error 7: couldn’t connect to host.

    The W3 Total Cache plugin is known to cause issues when adding products. If you’re using the plugin, disable it and try again.

    Hey Koby,

    On what step of creating your account do you get the “Oops” page?
    You should try disabling some plugins on your side. It’s possible that they are conflicting with Printful’s plugin.
