Issue with accents

I manage a french website, and we use accents on several words.

For example, “First name” is “Prénom”.
On the form, all is perfect and well displayed.
But when I export in CSV, instead of having “Prénom”, it display
“Pr_nom”. It’s the same thing for all letters which have an accent (é, è
ù, ô…).

I contacted the editor, who told me that Ninja Forms wasn’t able to handle those characters at this time. 🙁

Have you any idea to solve my problem ?
