    We have not received this payment and myPOS (the payment gateway we use to process this order https://wordpress.org/plugins/mypos-virtual-for-woocommerce/) says the client didn’t pass the 3D secure test.

    It says (chronogical order):
    – not paid, cancelled (time out)
    – order modified from cancelled to waiting
    – Gateway has authorized the payment. Transaction number 1792411

    How come WooCommerce provides those information? It looks as all those steps are performed by the system, not someone from my team.

    Is it a bug?

    Those order notes are left by the payment gateway to notify you of the payment process. You’d want to contact the developers of the plugin you’re using for clarification.
