# Issue with 4.7

 * Please help! I have tried re-naming folders and clearing cache but haven’t found
   a fix. When going to the site I currently get the following error:
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_wp_error() (previously declared in /home/blog1admin/
   public_html/wp-includes/load.php:1065) in /home/blog1admin/public_html/wp-includes/
   class-wp-error.php on line 218

 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
 * If you cannot access wp-admin, then try renaming your plugins folder (via ftp)
   as this will immediately disable all plugins. (Rename it back after your test.)

 * Thank you Steve. I did try renaming the last plug-in as well as the whole plug-
   in folder and the theme folder through ftp. Non of these changes made any difference
   in the error message being received. Any other advice?

 * I deleted wp-admin and wp-includes
    manually uploaded them through ftp manually
   uploaded files in themes and plug-ins

 * After manual install
    cleared the cache renamed my theme folder (armonioso) and
   plugins folder no fix

 * THANK YOU!!! I was going off of the Manual update specifically and didn’t update
   the files not in the folder 3 folders – wp-admin,content,includes.
