Issue using HR tag: creating dotted line

    Theme: Suffusion

    I’m trying to create horizontal orange lines within posts.

    I’ve used the following codes
    <hr style=”background-color: #ff5b00; color: #ff5b00;” />
    <hr style=”background-color: #ff5b00;” />

    either way, I get an orange that is stripped with a darker color.

    I found a similar thread that had closed:

    but the solution there was to create a div, do some css, and it seems like there must be an easier way to fix this…

    Any thoughts?
