# Issue Updating Widget

 * I have a legacy text widget on my page that needs to be updated with new information;
   however, when I attempt to do so the save button gets stuck. It just continues
   to say “saving” without making the update.
 * I have attempted deleting the widget to see if I could start fresh but it will
   not even save the widget removal.
 * Could this issue be related to a plugin?

 * Disable all plugins and try. If it works now, then turn on plugins one at a time
   until it breaks. Then you’ll know.
