    I have some fields for products wich depends of your plugins. the 3 last
   on the URL give for help
 * With the new version (4.0.3 ) all fields are duplicated
 * I have a save of an older (Version 3.0.4 ) wich works fine
 * Thanks a lit for your help

   version back to 3.0.4.?

   checkout page and email.

   an update coming, with the fix related to this duplicate fields issue.
    But checked
   the link you shared, I placed an order, and I coudn’t find any duplicate issue
   there. is it happening for specific product.?
