Issue to add image from folders

Hi there,

I can’t add a picture from the folder. I can see pictures in the folder however when I click on the button “add selected images to gallery”. It doesn’t work.

However when I add picture without folder, it works.
I want to use folders, thus thank you in advance for your help.
