# Issue Tag Helper

 * My Pinterest for Woocommerce plugin seems to work well: when I’m on my Pinterest
   account, it says the plugin is correctly set up and the events seem to be tagged
   properly (I checked with a test on my website and Pinterest does see the “page-
   visit”, “add-to-cart” and “check-out” without any problem).
 * However, when I check with the Pinterest Tag Helper, I have the following issue
   report : “More than one event was found for initialized” (tag ID : 2614133069926).
 * Any idea what might be wrong?

 * try to check the following link [conflict test](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)
   on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need
   to isolate the problem first.
