# Issue sound and hover

 * Hi.
 * The plugin still change count number for activity update.
    To test i used firefox
   and chorm. After send message between 2 account. Hover icon, no appear any notification.(
   no dropdown appear too)
 * What is wrong please?

 * Can you check it by changing your WordPress theme?
    It may be theme style issue
   or you have any Js error on that page.

 * Hi i tested with storefront theme. and another theme. Sometime it appear sometime
   is not. I guess because of z-index issue. You may need make z-index 10, and sound
   is not happen in both of theme.

 * It totally depends on WordPress heartbeat API.
    Sometime it may be slow for some
   Notification because of heartbeat cycle. but so far I have not reproduced the
   case when it does not ring the bell.
