Issue sending to particular email address

I had the form working successfully with two separate gmail addresses
eg
name1@gmail.com
name2@gmail.comI’ve checked and sending to a hotmail address also works.
but if I change the send to address in the form to a bigpond address, it doesn’t work.
name3@bigpond.com(The bigpond address works perfectly well sending emails from outlook, gmail and so on).
The problem seems specific to the CF7 contact form.Is there anything in CF7 that may affect this? Some setting I’m missing….?
Alternatively can you think of any other reason this might not work.
I can check with the hosting provider to see if they can shed any light on it, but thought I’d better check here first.
Appreciate input from anyone who might be able to shed some light on this issue.

It’s OK you can ignore this thread, but it might prove useful for someone else in future.
It appears to be a problem specific to Telstra (bigpond) – this is the major Australian Telco.
A google of the issue reveals a LOT of complaints / issues specifically with Telstra (bigpond) emails
Of course they claim its someone else’s fault (sure its a company they contract, but apparently that absolves them from giving a damn)

This is NOT a CF7 problem.
