# Issue response feedback

 * prompt replies and thoughtful suggestions and offers for info. 
   My issue with
   a dispute and bank intervention to refund a client payment to me was not solved
   by what Woo was set up to do or offer. It seems that Woo could get it arranged
   to intervene and make the resolution process easier and more successful for it’s
   clients since that’s who paying the bills. The problem originated from the USPS
   dropping my version of its shipping app and not sufficiently alerting me. Something
   Woo could take on as a service.
