    I have installed your plugin and works like a charme.
    Today I had a strange order related on a product with your plugin subscriprion with no data, eg name, email, address. It’s not possible to buy with these fields compiled. Is it something known related to your plugin? Anyway I have updated to the new release after this issue.

    Hi there,
    Could you send us a screenshot fo the issue ?
    However the plugin create only renew orders but get the data from the old orders.

    I send you 2 screenshots. The first is the woocommerce dashboard and the second one of the two strange orders in details.

    I have checked the IP and comes from Netherland and its the same of the 2 orders. I have blocked it from Wordfence just in case.

    hi,
    the subscription wasn’t created from this order, I see that in the note there’s not any note relative to the subscription.
    Maybe all is related to the GDPR that in that cases hasn’t been accepted?
    Try to do some test.

    I have the same issue with a renewal, but in this case I am sure that works from Paypal and its ok!
    But in the order notes I don’t have any informations about the Client that made the renewal…Is this a feature included in the premium version? Thank you
