# Issue – No internet connection?

 * Hy,
 * I have added messenger plugin a few days ago. It worked fine till now.
 * I don’t know why but the plugin started to say: “No Internet Connection”
 * And another thing is when a customer writes gets no response, but if customer
   refreshes the page it gets the chat response from us.
 * Any idea? Seriously there was no problem till now. And it is 100% sure that there
   is no problem with internet connection 🙂
