1. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v11.3? If you update, does the issue resolve?
2. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.2.1? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider. Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast. 3. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Yoast SEO plugin doesn’t output all the highlighted Schema for the How-to block at this moment. However, we do have a feature request open for the supply and tool Schema which you can follow here.
In regards to the rest of the warnings, we’d welcome you to submit a feature request in here so our development can decide on this.
