    Hey @kwanik,

Thanks so much for raising a new topic and sharing this information. We’ve had a few merchants raise this issue to us previously, and we’re waiting on Facebook to let us know what could be the cause.

From other merchants investigation, we were not able to find any issue with the events that were being recorded, so I won’t ask you to repeat the same process! As soon as we hear more from Facebook, I’ll be sure to let you know.

Thanks for your patience while we work with Facebook to look into this issue further!

    Cheers,

    Simon.

    Hey @kwanik,

Not as far as we’ve seen so far. They appeared to be errors for the ViewCategory or ViewContent events that were recorded with the pixel, not the Purchase events.

Are you seeing this issue logged for a different event than what we’ve seen previously?

    Cheers!

    Hey @kwanik,

Thanks so much for letting me know. Would it be possible to please get a screenshot of this error in your event manager, so I can pass this on to Facebook to take a look at further?

    Cheers!

    Hey @kwanik,

Thanks for sharing those! It looks like it suggests 100% of AddToCart events are missing the ip_address and user_agent details that the pixel tries to gather from your customers.

Do you know if this is happening for all product pages? The screenshot suggests it probably is. I’d like to take a look at a product page on your site to see if I can see the error with the Pixel Helper Chrome extension. Would you be okay sharing a product URL that I could look at? If you’d prefer to share this in private, you can raise a support request via our support form which I can look out for.

Lastly, could you also please share the pixel ID that your site is using? It should be visible in your events manager dashboard and would be useful for me to pass this over to our Facebook contact to look at further.

    Cheers!

    Simon.

    Hi,

Juste send you a mail on your website support page.

Don’t know if it’s all the product, I just noticed a drop in my fb ROI after the last plugin update.

Keep in touch and thanks a lot for your help.
