Issue getting Sellegance to show pictures in portrait mode

Guys
I am using the wordpress theme SELLEGANCE
I am having issues getting my product pictures that have were taken in portrait mode to show up in portrait mode on the first click, in other words when someone goes to my website and clicks on one of the gallery pages the window will open with however many pictures are in that gallery with the pictures in thumbnail mode (that’s all working great) The problem is that when I click on a picture to see it in its full glory it comes up in landscape mode and if the picture was taken in portrait mode then the head and feet are missing. If I go to the next step and click on the button at the bottom right hand corner of the picture the picture then opens in another window and is displayed correctly, but I need it to display correctly after the first click………………….how do I correct that?
