  • In short: would you like to introduce the child page as a drop-down menu from Portfolio?

    Hey Kyle,

Thanks for the reply. I do not want to have the child pages show up on a drop-down menu. I know how to do that.I simply want “Portfolio” to show as active when the child pages are being viewed.

Let’s see if I understand … You would like the child page to be displayed at the bottom of the portfolio page when scrolling with the mouse.

No, I just want the Portfolio link in the navigation menu to continue to show its active state.

This is the thing that escapes me! From the link of the child page you entered above … I see the Portfolio link on the menu.

Ok ok. That’s fine. I apologize that I am Italian and I could not understand your intent.
Let’s try again … Would you like Portfolio to remain highlighted in red, even when you are on other pages?

The link is there but it is not in its active state. Take a look at the first link and compare the two.

Customize / Header / Menu: Select (Overline & Fixed Underline) from Link effect.

That does not work. Hy header was made with Elementor’s Header, Footer & Blocks template.

I see. We will see if we can solve the problem. See you later…

    Thanks!

From Elementor: Advanced / Motion Effects / “select the desired option from the drop-down menu (Fixed).

That is not what I was looking for. I was able to resolve it by adding all child pages to the menu, then hiding the submenu with CSS code. Thanks for taking the time to try to help though!
