    Hi,

    It seems you are missing something in the process.
    Please confirm it with below steps.

    Once are done with page design(what to show and what not) and press “Get Code”,

    Facebook will show you two code snippets. Copy the first code snippet and paste it in your theme or child theme‘s header.php file right after the <body> tag.

    Next, copy the second code snippet and paste it into message body of Icegram message.

    Please refer this blog. It will be helpful.

    We tried it and looks like this. 😉
