    Well since I use WP mail logger I see what goes out. I have the plugin active since testing it a bit on the staging site.
    Customers order regularly but the abandonment plugin sends out Emails anyway which is of course stupid looking for the customer. What is the issue here?

    Other question. Why is “delete all files on uninstallation” greyed out and promoted as Premium feature. Need premium to make a clean delete of the plug seriously??

    First of all, I apologize for your inconvenience.

    Are you saying that the reminder emails from our plugin are being sent to users who has not even abandoned the cart on your site? Or you are saying that the reminder emails are sending to users even after they purchased the abandoned product?

    Hello,

    thanks for the response. The second one. Customers who bought a product still get a abandoned mail afterwards. I deactivated the plugin right away because this makes a bad impression and could not further test it. I’m running with a sever site cron solution with an interval of one hour. Nothing else and the plugin settings were kept default. Should I contact your support directly? It seems her is not frequently any support.

    I understand your concern about this.

    This is not a known issue. Our plugin considers the abandoned cart as recovered when the customer comes to the site via accessing the cart/checkout link provided in the abandoned cart reminder email and completes the abandoned purchase. But if the customer abandoned the cart and purchased the same product by directly visiting your site, not with the cart/checkout link we shared in the reminder email then our plugin will not identify that the cart has recovered and it will send the reminder email to customers.
    It can be very much possible that such a scenario has happened with your customers.

    To confirm the same, can you please abandon two test carts as guest users with different email addresses. Try to recover one cart with the checkout link you will receive in the reminder email and try purchasing another cart by directly visiting the site. Then, check for which cart you are receiving the reminder email from our plugin. If the reminder email receives to you even after recovering the cart with the checkout link provides from our plugin then please let us know, we will check the problem.

    Please check this and let us know the results.
