Issue after upgrade to WordPress 5.5

    Hi

    After my blog has been updated to WordPress version 5.5 I got this error:

    Warning: require_once(/var/www/techthatworks.net/public_html/wp-admin) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/techthatworks.net/public_html/wp-content/themes/supermag/acmethemes/init.php on line 89

    Anyone that know how I can fix this issue?

    Hello @techwork ,

    It seems like updates are not completed or broken. Can you please try updating manually.

    Note: the theme has no issue with WordPress 5.5 and 5.5.1 on our testing. Our own SuperMag demo is now running on 5.5.1

    Hi

    I finally found the issue. Not sure what happend, but for some reason the folder:

    /wp-content/themes/supermag/acmethemes/sidebar-widget/ was gone. That was why my theme was failing and the only thing I could do to access my Dashboard was to comment out the lines loading: acme-ad.php, acme-col-posts.php, sidebar.php

    Restoring the folder from a backup got my blog running again 🙂
