# Issue after upgrade

 * Hi guys,
 * Something happened between 2.8.3 and later versions.
    I use Kadence template 
   which is a very common template. Since I upgraded, stars are no more shown on
   search results, /tag/ pages, carrousels and some others but still on posts and
   related which is weird.
 * I have set up a copy of the site with the working 2.8.3 version
    Some examples:

 * You’re right: since version 2.8.5 (if you test with 2.8.4 will works indeed) 
   YASR rater.js file is included only if a shortcode exists in a post or page.
 * This, of course, may brake the feature “Enable stars next to the title?” if a
   shortcode is not used (like in your example, because you’re using a carousel)
   
   I never found out because in my dev environment the theme didn’t use post excerpt(
   or carousel)
 * I’m going to fix this for next version (2.8.9, should be released next week)
