    Dear Support Team,

After updating to WP Accessibility Helper plugin version 0.6.3, we are experiencing the following issues on our site:

    1. The site layout breaks when the “Contrast Variations” option is enabled.
    2. The selected contrast color setting is not saving or applying properly on the front end.

This behavior was not present in the previous version. It seems that the update introduced either a JavaScript or CSS conflict that affects our layout.
Please advise how we can resolve this issue — whether there’s a patch, rollback recommendation, or a workaround to make the contrast variation feature work without affecting the site.
    Looking forward to your guidance.

    Thank you,
    Adit Support

Yes, we are still facing the issue. We have completely deleted the plugin and installed the latest version again, but the problem persists.

Please advise on the next steps.

I need to reproduce the issue. Can you share the website url, or detailed error log. I think it is a conflict with some of your plugins. Do you have some cache plugins installed?

    Hi Alex,

    Thank you for your response.

After uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, the site is no longer breaking, which is great. However, we are still facing an issue — the contrast color options are not being saved in the latest version (v0.6.3).

Please let us know how to resolve this issue.

    Best regards,

Please explain your issue. What does it mean “the contrast color options are not being saved”.

Please describe step by step your actions. Thanks

Yes, the contrast color options are not being saved.

Here are the steps I followed:

    1. I selected the desired contrast color options.
    2. I clicked the Save button.
    3. After clicking, the loader appears and keeps spinning, but the settings are not saved.
    4. Even after waiting, the loader doesn’t disappear, and the changes are not applied.

Please let me know how to proceed or if any additional information is needed.

If loader keeps spinning it means that you have a JavaScript error.

Please share the console.log output from devtools

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for the quick response.

We’ve checked the browser console, and there are no JavaScript errors showing when the loader keeps spinning. The issue persists even after clearing the cache and disabling other plugins for testing.

For reference, the issue only occurs with version 0.6.5. The previous version 0.6.0.6 works properly without any problems.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can provide to assist with troubleshooting.

    Best regards,
